Easy access to surrounding destinations including the World Heritage Site of Ascoli, Loreto, Ancona and Pescara. The perfect base to explore the modern and mediaeval local historical towns & villages and treasures of the Marche region. Situated slightly outside the village of Acquaviva Picena. Free transfers four times a day only in August, during the other months shuttle service in chargeable on the spot. Hotel's private beach resort in San Benedetto Del Tronto can be used and service is charged on the spot. WiFi available to be paid at hotel. RO 06/10. The hotel is a modern structure within extensive grounds with its own olive grove and vineyard, 2 large swimming pools, tennis court and bocce. There is a large terrace with views over the surrounding area. The lobby is large, with an area bar. Internet is provided (chargeable). The main restaurant is large with full length windows and offers local and international cuisine prepared by one of the finest chefs in the region. Awarded a commendation by the Touring Club of Italy. A small private dining room is available for hire. Meals are available during the day by the pool. The rooms are spacious, modern and furnished to a good standard. Each has a balcony with views that last forever. 5 km to the nearest beach, 5 km to the nearest station (san benedetto del tronto), 5 kms to city centre, 75 kms to the nearest airport (liberi).
