25hours Hotel HafenCity is located in Hamburg, Germany, a mecca for modern architecture and just six miles from the Hamburg Airport. There is the historical Speicherstadt, the harbor, a great selection of restaurants and bars, lots of museums like the International Maritime Museum and and Miniatur Wunderland, and sometimes the royal Queen Mary and her cohorts even come to visit. The Harbour Sauna on the top floor provides relaxation for guests and even has an exit onto the roof to cool off and enjoy a view of HafenCity. The hotel also offers various shops and a Club Floor, consisting of Radio Room, Club Room, and Vinyl Room. The restaurant, Heimat Kuche and Bar, is the living room of the Uberseequartier and a meeting place for hotel guests and neighbors. In the morning, the hotel guests can count on a satisfying breakfast. During the day theres space for guests to work, lunch just when it is needed, and when it gets dark, there are drinks and music. On each plate guests will find artfully prepared yet simple meals made of ingredients picked fresh from the region. Just like a seamans home in a foreign harbor, the guest bunks at 25hours Hotel HafenCity are designed to be warm and snug. The guest rooms are comfortable retreats in various warm color combinations. Elements and materials from the shipbuilding industry are interpreted with a little wink and spun together with some seamans yarns. Twenty-five mariners from across the world tell their true stories of dangerous passages, romantic encounters, wild storms, and painful farewells. The rooms anecdotic accessories and objects capture the adventures, which are told in full length in each of the lodges logbooks. Also in every room is a pilot ladder from floor to ceiling and a custom-made transoceanic trunk with everything a cabin needs. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
