The Old Post Office is a friendly family run Bed and Breakfast. All prices include Full English breakfast but we can cater for all types of diet or food preferences on request. All rooms have colour T.V. WiFi and coffeetea making facilities. Rooms are also equipped with a hairdryer and ironing facilities. The Old Post Office is situated between Nottingham and Mansfield and is only 2 miles from Junction 27 of the M1 and is set in a semi-rural location close to local amenities and local pub serving food all day. The Old Post Office has been a family run Bed and Breakfast for three years (established in 2008) and is set in a semi-rural located in Annesley Village and close to Newstead Abbey (Ancestral home of Lord Byron). We are on a direct bus and train route from Nottingham or Mansfield and a 2 mile drive into Hucknall where there is a tram running directly into Nottingham which is home to the oldest pub in England The Trip to Jerusalem. Nottingham is home to other attractions such as Nottingham Castle and The Galleries of Justice and excellent shopping centres within the city. We are located only a mile away from Annesley Hall, a local historic landmark featured on Most Haunted. Payment is by cash or cheque only at the property.
