Umino Osakanajaya Taikoban is located on top of a hill in Shirahama area where is one of famous and beautiful beaches and is close to Kumano Kodo Pilgrimage Trails registered in 2004 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. 100% natural hot springs, nine kinds of private baths with sauna, and delicious dishes using the rich and fresh vegetables and local fish of Kishu Kumano are encouraged in Umino Osakanajaya Taikoban. It will be the best ryokan in Nanki Shirahama area for your travel. Most guest rooms are Japanese style rooms with or without private bath (not hot springs) and the room size is good enough for two to six people, you will feel relaxed and your stress will be reduced. Standard amenities like towels, toothbrush, tooth paste, Yukata(Japanese nightwear), soap are available. TV, hair dryer, refrigerator are also equipped in the rooms. 10-15 min ride by taxi from JR Shirahama station or Shirahama Airport. Free shuttle buses which is operated by Shirahama Onsen Co-op are available. (Reservation is required in advance.) 2.5 hour ride from Shin Osaka or 3 hours ride from Kyoto by JR limited express train to JR Shirahama station. 60 min ride by air from Haneda Airport in Tokyo to Shirahama Airport. Shirahama swimming beach, Engetsuto Island which is a symbol of Shirahama, Sandanbeki(cliffs and the crag), Safali park "Adventure World", Kumano World Heritage Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
