Exceptional apartment with balcony in Piazza Civica, the main square of the historic centre of Alghero. On the second floor of a 15th Century small historic building this unique contemporary apartment mixes the best of the local architecture and modern contemporary design. Ideal for couples and families, Smeraldo has been recently renovated with the highest of standards and top of the range appliances. The living area has a wood dining table with 4 contemporary chairs, a sofa and two large cupboards for clothing and luggage. Cot and highchair available on request. The beautiful modern deep red kitchen is fully equipped with top of the range appliances and has a Nespresso coffee machine, new cutlery, gas stove with 4 hobs, full size oven, refrigerator freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The main bedroom is located in the large mezzanine area conveniently accessible via a staircase and has a king size bed. Bedside tables and lighting are also built into the walls next to the bed. The bathroom has been elegantly decorated with natural coloured tiles. Other features include a flat plasma TV screen, Nespresso, iPodiPhone docking with speakers, DVDCD, DVD Library, air conditioningheating, safe, interphone, high security door, double glazing windows and washing machine. A multilingual greeter will meet you upon your arrival to let you into the flat and answer any question you may have. Parking, taxis and bus stop fromto the airport only 2 minute walk to the apartment. Airport 15 minutes by car. Port at 50 mt where you can take the ferry to the Grotte di Nettuno which runs several times a day. Bicycle rental is available to ride around town and to the local beaches which are also within walking distance. Bicycle rental and tourist office close to the apartment. We appreciate that arriving to a new place for a holiday is often hectic.
