SarapiquiS Rainforest Lodge, built as a pre-Colombian village, is designed and developed as an eco-model project using ecologically sustainable technologies. SarapiquiS is a unique departure from the common tourism experience in Costa Rica. It offers visitors and guests an imaginative program that expands a visit from passive to personal. All will come away with an intimate and vivid impression of the dynamic life within the tropical forest. Guests will encounter the mysteries of the rainforest while enjoying a comfortable stay in the spacious Palenques of the SarapiquiS ecolodge (40 rooms) with restaurant and bar. They will also be able to experience the extensive 1000 m² Museum, the surrounding botanical gardens, and the unique archaeological park "Alma Ata".
