HOTEL TOYOKAN is a traditional Japanese style Ryokan located in Unzen Hot Spring in Nagasaki Prefecture. You are able to relax at the natural hot springs of the Unzen Onsen and to explore the rich nature of the Unzen Amakusa National Park. The hotel has four buildings of North, East, South,and West. On the top of the hotel, there is a panoramic open air outdoor bath where you can enjoy wonderful view of the Mt. Unzen. *Hotel Facitilties The hotel has Japanese style rooms with futons and Western style rooms with beds, 127 rooms in total. Rooms are equipped with towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair dryer, safety box, Japanese night-ware, shampoo, rinse, body soap. HOTEL TOYOKAN has several types of bath, open air and indoor hot spring bath with sauna. There is scenic view of steam rising of Jigoku(Hell) valley from the open air bath Unzen is one of the most famous hot spring in Japan and will relieve your mind from the stress of daily life. It is an acid weak sulfur spring in pure fountain. It is said that the hot spring is effective for Recovery stress cancellation, muscular pain, frozen shoulder, digestive organs, neuralgia, bruise, neuralgia rheumatism. Dinner and breakfast is served at the hotel restaurant, Japanese cuisine made of the local fresh ingredients. There is a bar, coffee shop and souvenir shop at the hotel. And internet access is available at the lobby. *'Access Information HOTEL TOYOKAN is located 1min walk from Shimatetsu Bus Unzen Eigyosho-mae bus stop. 75minutes by bus from Isahaya Station. 1 hour 40min drive from Nagasaki by express bus. 3 hour drive from Fukuoka by express bus. *Nearby attraction Unzen National Park is the oldest National park which was designated in 1934.It is full of Wild Birds and plants. Unzen Iigoku (Hell)is a part of the park and you can see the steam of hot spring.
