No more cramped accommodations fully furnished homes and condos are the new way to vacation. This community features beautiful, spacious and comfortable homes for everyone. Choose from 2 to 4 bedroom condos or town homes, or 3 to 7 bedroom homes with private pools. Dining and shopping choices are just a short drive away. Golf courses abound, with all levels of play to choose from. All Disney parks are no more than 10 miles away, with SeaWorld and Aquatica just as close. Universal Studios is about 17 miles away, a short drive on Interstate 4. Polk County offers many diverse things to do such as Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower and all kinds of water sports on the hundreds of lakes. Whether you are coming to Orlando for business or pleasure, this community has what you are looking for. There is a 150.00 USD non refundable pet fee. Please note that in peak season, your vacation home may not be ready at 4pm. Check in may be delayed up to two hours. For this reason, we strongly suggest that you contact us prior to your arrival.
