It is only a wee walk to the casino and River Torrens precinct abounding with cafes, restaurants and theatres. Step outside the door and a tram could whisk you away to Glenelg beach or the Entertainment Centre. How good is that!!11th floor of secure building with Washing machine, dishwasher, fridgefreezer, microwave, rc air conditioning, balcony area with outdoor setting and oh so comfortable beds. Included is 1gb internet usage freeShould you not want to shop for food we can organise an Organic Breakfast and Gourmet food if prearrange before arrival and will be charged when you arrive. A cash deposit of $400 is require on arrival and is fully refundable if the apartment is left acceptable condition and no breakages. You must be a minimum age of 25 years to rent the apartment.
