The Whitecrest Resort Apollo Bay is located near Great Ocean Road in Apollo Bay. Local attractions include the 12 Apostles and Shipwreck Coast, the Otway Fly treetop walk, and Otway Rainforest. The Whitecrest Resort Apollo Bay is close to most of the area’s attractions. There are buses that go to Geelong and Warrnambool which stop at the Visitor Information Centre or guests can visit areas further away with a rental car. The Whitecrest Resort Apollo Bay is comprised of fully self contained one, two and three bedroom apartments. Units feature private balconies with barbeque grills, ocean views, spa baths, gas log fires, laundry facilities, air conditioning, TV with Austar, DVD/VCR players, CD players, Internet access, and full kitchens, including dishwashers, microwaves, gas ovens and stoves. The hotel provides linens, towels, bathroom products, and a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar and milk. All of the apartments are nonsmoking. An eleven acre property, the four star Whitecrest Resort Apollo Bay is a complex of self-contained self-catering apartments. The hotel’s amenities include a solar heated pool, tennis, billiards, table tennis, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, swimming, and a variety of restaurants and cafes. In 2009, Whitecrest became one of the first Green Star accredited properties in the area, rewarding the hotel’s commitment to the environment.
