Taichung city centre is within a short 10 minute drive from the hostel. Rooms at the Tomer Hostel are air conditioned and feature a plasma TV, a DVD player and cable / satellite channels. Rooms at the hostel offer a CD player and a refrigerator. There are multiple rooms available specially for families. Under 10 minutes drive away are some great attractions such as the Taichung Intercontinental Baseball Stadium, Shr-Hwa International Tower and Morrison Academy, and conveniently there is complimentary private parking on site at the Tomer Hostel should you need it. Taichung Airport (RMQ) is a 20 minute drive from the hostel. National Wen-Hua Senior High School and Taichung Metropolitan Opera House are five minutes away by car.
