Tambua Sands Beach Resort sits on Fijis famous Coral Coast amidst 17 acres of unspoiled coconut plantation with tropical Gardens. Bathe in the warm South Pacific island waters, laze around in our fresh water pool or simply relax and do nothing at all. If you are feeling energetic, get busy with our recreation staff for snorkelling, hiking, reef walks and visits to Fijian villages. A tour consultant is available for booking a variety of day trips and cruises. The Tambua Serenaders entertain nightly with songs of the pacific, followed by island theme nights, chiefly kava ceremony, pottery and weaving demos, a Polynesian show and traditional Fijian dancing and singing, and of course our famous international crab races. On Sunday enjoy acappella singing by our village choir. Twenty Five beach front and garden bures are spacious, private, and create an atmosphere of peace and tranquillity. All have en suite bathrooms, coffee and tea makers, ceiling fans, and mini fridges. Step out of your spacious bure to a sandy beach and blue lagoon, with a coral reef beyond. The Tarana Restaurant serves delectable cocktails and cuisine of an amazing standard at very reasonable prices. The restaurant is known for its seafood and local dishes. Facilities include boutique shop with internet service, licensed restaurant and bar, pool, and a tour desk. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
