Built in 2009 SACO Manchester's chic, spacious and contemporary apartments are situated in The Hub, an award winning environmentally friendly development which is part of the Piccadilly Place Complex. SACO's apartments are across the top three floors of The Hub and benefit from floor to ceiling windows and 'Juliet' balconies or outside seating areas which allow guests to take in the fantastic city views. All apartments are individually interior designed to a high specification and have recycling facilities to complement the building's low carbon footprint. By day Piccadilly Place is a bustling business destination but by night a quiet and secure location where guests can enjoy an undisturbed good nights sleep. All apartments - studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms - have fully fitted kitchens with oven hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer dryers. Welcome packs containing a variety of teas, coffees, biscuits, mineral water and fresh milk are provided to all guests. Living areas include a 32 digital Flatscreen TV, Broadband and Phone, bathrooms contain a variety of luxurious L'Occitaine Toiletries. Based just minutes from Piccadilly train station, Metrolink stops, The Mancunian way and with onsite parking (£10.20 per day, discounted weekly passes available) SACO Manchester is ideally located for commuters to Trafford Park, Salford Quays and Greater Manchester. Media City is commutable by Metrolink in just 15 minutes and The University of Manchester, Manchester Science Parks, Bank of New York, GMPTE, City Tower, St Peter's Square and Manchester Central are all within easy walking distance. Guests can also chose from a huge variety of restaurants and bars a 2 minute walk away on Canal Street, China Town and Piccadilly Gardens. Manchester's Trendy Northern Quarter is also a 5 minute walk away and The Arndale Centre is reachable in just 10 minutes.
