The charming New Lapaz Villa resort is located on Maenam Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, with a 6-kilometre-long shoreline offering crystal-clear water, which is ideal for swimming, sun-bathing or relaxing. The centre of Maenam village is just 1 km from the resort and guests will find links to the public transport network just a 5-minute walk away. Chaweng is some 6 km from the establishment, and there guests will find shops and tourist attractions, including the Big Buddha. Samui Airport is 10 km from the resort. This family-friendly resort comprises a cosy boutique-style building, which opened in 1993. The establishment comprises a total of 40 accommodation units and includes currency exchange facilities, a restaurant, room and laundry services and other facilities, such as jeep tours, a tour desk, a motorbike rental service, Internet access (fees may apply) and a taxi service. Guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park. The resort offers clean and comfortable rooms, which come with an en suite bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, as well as hot running water.
