Located in the heart of the citys classic hotel row, Mountain Lodge is just a walk or ride away to most Baguios attractions: Botanical Garden, Teachers Camp, Wright Park, Mines View, Mansion House and Camp John Hay. On the opposite side, bustling Session Road is of walking distance. In 1975, Carmir McCann converted the elegant and spacious Araneta summer home into a cozy and charming 16-room hotel with a beautiful lobby lounge and fireplace that overlooks the forest reserves of South Drive and Teachers Camp. Her idea was to share with her guests the total Baguio experience of complete relaxation with evenings before a warm fire, breakfast amid a flower garden, and home-cooked meals.
