The Motel Marengo is centrally located and the only beach front accommodation in Apollo Bay. It is at the starting point of the recently opened Great Ocean Walk. There is a bike track that connects the park to the main shopping center of Apollo Bay. The property is bordered by a swimming beach and the Marengo Reef Marine Sanctuary with its resident seal colony is in full view. Regional attractions include the Otway National Park which has rainforest walks and waterfalls, the Otway Fly treetop walk, the Cape Otway Lighthouse, and the Twelve Apostles. The Motel Marengo is centrally located and close to most of the regional attractions and the main shopping center of Apollo Bay. All of the Motel Marengo’s fully self contained cabins feature a gas log fire and panoramic sea views. Rooms with spas and linen hire are available upon request. The AAA-rated and four star Motel Marengo offers a contemporary décor and modern amenities that include guest laundry facilities, dedicated family and disabled bathrooms, a fully enclosed camp kitchen, an adventure playground with children, and outdoor barbeque area.
