It is the 2nd largest island in the lagoon, inhabited by the lucky few and provides the best of both worlds: a boat ride away from the islands of Murano and Venice where the city frenzy takes over and you get on with being a tourist; then back on the boat to escape the maddening crowds back to tranquility and idyllic surrounds. Hotel Lato Azzurro is your haven, a privately owned villa immersed in its own private gardens. The owners pride themselves for their excellent service. Their restaurant serves typical Venetian delicacies and in order to be as carbon footprint friendly as possible, only the freshest seasonal produce is used from St Erasmo itself. All bedrooms are fully equipped making it the ideal choice not only for the individual traveller, but also for meetings and retreats.
