This Asturian house, dating back to 1798, has been restored and completely refurbished inside while at the same time preserving the traditional style of its architecture. Its pleasant and comfortable atmosphere is the result of the care taken in its decoration. It has 15 rooms in total, including 13 double rooms and 2 junior suites, spread across 3 floors. Amenities and services include air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, cloakroom and lift access. There is also a beautiful garden with age-old indigenous trees. A car park is provided for guests arriving by car. This historic hotel is situated in an exclusive location with excellent views, just five minutes from the centre of Oviedo. It also enjoys good connections with other major cities and industrial centres in Asturias. Parque Principado with its many shopping opportunities is about 2 km away. Oviedo with its numerous attractions, including museums, the historic centre and the Congress Palace, is about 5 km away. The nearest bus station and links to public transport can be found there also. Asturias Airport is approximately 35 km away. The rooms come with an en suite bathroom with bathtub, a hairdryer, telephone, television and Internet access.
