Location The resort is located on the east coast of the island of Zanzibar, in an area known as Kiwengwa. It is less than one leisurely hour's drive on an all weather tarmac road from Abeid Karume Airport. Facilities This beach resort is set on 30 acres of beautiful grounds. Renovated in 2007, it offers a total of 112 lovely cottage bedrooms and is located on a gentle slope looking out over verdant gardens with more than a thousand attractive palm trees, as well as the swimming pool and the sparkling white beach and azure seas beyond. The hotel offers a range of facilities, including a bar, a disco, a restaurant and a kids' club for younger guests. Rooms Each of the en suite rooms comes complete with a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, a satellite/cable television, a safe and a minibar. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. The air conditioning in each unit is individually adjustable. Sports/Entertainment Guests can take a dip in the hotel swimming pool or relax in the hot tub.
