Boasting stunning views over Castries from its hilltop setting the Bel Jou hotel is a peaceful retreat, with plenty of opportunities for relaxing or sightseeing. Bel Jou is the perfect choice whether you are looking for a leisurely holiday or a real Caribbean experience. Enjoy stunning views of Castries and the Caribbean Sea, walk through the tropical gardens, or unwind on the terrace by the outdoor pool and bar. The Verandah Restaurant (buffet and waiter-served meals) offers stunning sea views from the Verandah Terrace. There is also a cocktail lounge; Cabana Grill serving light lunches; outdoor swimming pool with terrace and pool bar; rooftop sun deck; and 24-hour English speaking reception. For guests staying on an all-inclusive basis, the free bar, open 11am to 11pm daily, serves local alcoholic drinks, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. There are 64 air-conditioned bedrooms with either terrace or balcony. Bathrooms have a shower and wc, and all rooms have a flat-screen television, DVD player, telephone, tea and coffee-making facilities, hairdryer, fridge and safe. There is no lift. High speed internet is available in the hotel lobby only. Guests staying on an all-inclusive basis can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus to Castries and Rodney Bay. Bel Jou is approximately one-and-half-hours drive from Hewanorra Airport. Enjoy weekly live evening entertainment including barbecue evening with reggae, and other themed evenings. Dress Code Policy - Shoes must be worn and swimwear must not be covered in the bar and restaurant. Men may not wear tank tops or sleeveless shirts. In the evening, smart casual wear is required and men must wear slacks and collared shirts. A range of optional excursions are available to book at the hotel, subject to availability, including sunset cruises, whale and dolphin watching and trips to the Grenadines. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel.
