Instant Kiwi.com fan

I booked direct flights for a weekend trip to the Bay area right before the April 8th eclipse. Because I live within the path of totalitly, the flights at the airline website were ~$650 one-way for the return trip alone. At the time, I had not figured out the mark-up from the anticipated eclipse-related tourism, so I just booked the outgoing flight and convinced myself I could find a better price for the return flight. I found slightly better pricing through other booking websites later that day, even if I had to settle for a connecting flight with a different airline. Then I ran into Kiwi.com and it listed the same one-way itinerary I originally saw at my preferred airline website priced at $257! I got my confirmation shortly after booking and my record locator number (2 separate e-mails) within 24 hours. I had a hassle-free trip a month later.

The agent is great, but I am concered about Kiwi's practice.

The agent, Allyka, is very helpful, did her best to assist customer.
Though it's quite worrisome. My initial booking is for Vueling air (Booking 495707212), when did it get changed to Level? I didn't receive email form Kiwi about this change. I would go straight to Vueling air the day of my trip. With limited transferring time, that would probably put me in trouble without knowing this ahead of time. So my question for Kiwi is: why do you make this change? And why you didn't send us update about the change?

Truly exceeded my expectations!

Truly exceeded my expectations! I had read so many negative reviews online about travel brokers so I braced myself for a nightmare trip but my oh my Kiwi truly impressed me. Maybe I just got lucky this time but honestly first impressions usually last the longest so for now I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Well done guys!

Basically totally failed to assist when…

Basically totally failed to assist when airline rescheduled flight. Yet when we contacted airline direct, bingo, no problem booking changed directly no charge and they could not understand why Hou did not ask. Hence kiwi.com are rubbish.

I recently had an issue with a flight. Kiwis specialist support staff (Ajay) helped right this wrong swiftly. I am very grateful for their support and can definitely say people like Ajay at Kiwi are great and will help you as much as possible!

Flight changes now sorted satisfactory

The flight changed and we had to research new flights for a solution. Lufthansa agreed to a solution but Kwiw did not want to rebook flights at no cost to Kiwi as Lufthansa covered their changes. Kiwi offered to pay for a Taxi to get us back to our original destination/departure point. In the end a happy outcome. This could have easily been five stars if this was done without the struggle of online reviews being the best point of contact.

Invaluable Online Support

Scamming site

Scamming site. They lie to customers about the terms and conditions that original airlines claimed. They even charged something are already included in the ticked, for instance luggage allowance and retrieve. Please avoid this site at all cost.

More expensive than booking direct with airline

I just booked my flight London to Srinagar after having read that they are cheaper than the rest. I checked direct with the airline soon after receiving confirmation and found out that Air India direct was cheaper! Kiwi were more expensive than edreams and Opodo as well

Free flight change denied by Kiwi

My flight was cancelled due to a strike. I was surprised to discover that although the company was offering to get a new flight for free, Kiwi withheld this as a privilege and told me basically "fork off, you didn't pay for our insurance, so you lost your ticket". Even though the flight company was offering it for free. And there was really nothing I could do. I had to buy another ticket and had no right to refund or anything.

The service was good as my call was…

The service was good as my call was immidiately picked up. The advisor was also willing to wait on the phone while I did the work.
I also was able to use more payment options which allowed me to buy an easy jet ticket without a mastercard and it was still at the same price mentioned on the website.

Was not able to change my itinerary

I called requesting help in changing my trip itinerary. The person initially did not want to check for me, but after I requested she put in a request. Then I get a message saying it was nto possible to change, when I see there are flights available.
